We encourage to keep using the product for 12 weeks and reevaluate the situation again then since different individuals see the results within different times.
The reasons for the individual variation can be due to different stages of the eyelash growth cycle. Like human hair, eyelashes grow in three asynchronous phases, and each lash can be in a different stage of the growth cycle—some may be growing while others are dormant. This allows eyelash growth to rotate and means that there are no bald spots shown. Because of this, it depends totally on your lashes’ growth cycle how quickly the results can be seen.
The first phase (called the anagen growth phase) generally lasts between 30-60 days. Only the lashes that are on this stage can be impacted by using our eyelash conditioning serum since on other phases, lashes can’t grow. It’s been estimated that approximately 40% of the upper eyelashes are in the anagen phase at any given time.
After the growth phase, lashes move into the transition phase (called the catagen phase). This phase lasts typically 2-3 weeks. At this stage, the eyelash stops growing.
The third and final phase is the resting phase (called the telogen phase). At this phase, the eyelashes don’t grow and they will naturally fall out. This phase can last from 3 to 4 months.
This asynchronous growth process is the reason why you can first start to notice single lashes growing longer than others. However, the other eyelashes will eventually catch up when you continue using the product regularly. In our studies, 96,67 % of the users reported that their lashes were longer after 12 weeks of using Xlash.*
